キャンセルについて
原画・手描き作品
発送前であれば、ご注文のキャンセルを承ります。
商品発送後のキャンセルはお受けできません。
受注生産商品
ポスター・アパレル・雑貨などの受注生産商品は、ご注文後に製造を開始いたします。
そのため、製造開始後のキャンセル・変更はお受けできません。
返品・交換について
商品の品質には十分注意しておりますが、以下の場合は返品または交換を承ります。
- 商品に破損があった場合
- ご注文内容と異なる商品が届いた場合
- 初期不良があった場合
商品到着後 7日以内 にお問い合わせください。
状況を確認のうえ、返品・交換または返金にて対応いたします。
お客様都合による返品
以下の理由による返品・交換・返金はお受けできません。
- イメージと異なる
- サイズ・色の選択間違い
- ご注文間違い
- お客様都合によるキャンセル
また、画面環境により作品の色味が実物と若干異なって見える場合があります。あらかじめご了承ください。
原画について
原画・手描き作品は一点物です。
作品の風合いや手描きならではの表現をご理解いただいたうえでご購入ください。
受注生産商品について
受注生産商品は、ご注文ごとに製造を行っております。
そのため、不良品または誤配送を除き、返品・交換・返金はお受けできません。
返送料について
以下の場合の返送料は当ショップが負担いたします。
- 初期不良
- 商品違い
- 配送中の破損
それ以外の場合は、お客様のご負担となります。
返金について
返金が承認された場合は、ご利用いただいた決済方法にて返金いたします。
返金までの日数は、ご利用の決済会社・カード会社等により異なります。
海外からのご注文について
関税・輸入消費税（VAT・GST等）・通関手数料等は返金対象外となります。
また、税関による遅延や輸入規制等に起因する配送遅延・返送については責任を負いかねます。
Refund & Return Policy
Order Cancellation
Original Artwork
Orders may be canceled before shipment.
Once an order has been shipped, cancellations are no longer accepted.
Made-to-Order Products
Made-to-order items, including posters, apparel, and merchandise, enter production shortly after an order is placed.
For this reason, orders cannot be canceled or modified once production has begun.
Returns & Replacements
We carefully inspect every item before shipment.
Returns, replacements, or refunds are available if:
- the item arrives damaged,
- you receive the wrong item, or
- the product has a manufacturing defect.
Please contact us within 7 days of delivery.
After reviewing the issue, we will arrange a replacement or issue a refund as appropriate.
Returns for Customer Preference
We cannot accept returns, exchanges, or refunds for reasons including:
- change of mind,
- incorrect size or color selected,
- ordering the wrong item, or
- other customer-related reasons.
Please note that colors may appear slightly different depending on your monitor or device settings.
Original Artwork
Each original artwork is a unique, one-of-a-kind piece.
Please appreciate the handmade nature of the work before placing your order.
Made-to-Order Products
Made-to-order products are created specifically for each customer.
Except in cases of damage, manufacturing defects, or incorrect items, returns, exchanges, and refunds cannot be accepted.
Return Shipping Costs
We will cover return shipping costs if:
- the item is defective,
- the wrong item was sent, or
- the item was damaged during shipping.
In all other cases, return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility.
Refunds
Approved refunds will be issued using the original payment method.
Processing times may vary depending on your payment provider or financial institution.
International Orders
Customs duties, import taxes (VAT/GST), customs handling fees, and similar charges are non-refundable.
We are not responsible for delays, additional charges, or returned shipments resulting from customs procedures or import regulations.
