配送方法
商品は、商品の種類に応じて異なる発送方法となります。
- 原画・手描き作品：日本（沖縄県・石垣島）より発送いたします。
- ポスター・アパレル・雑貨などの一部商品：提携する製造・配送パートナーより発送いたします。
発送元および配送業者は商品によって異なります。
送料
日本国内：全国一律 ¥1,600
海外：一律 ¥4,500（EMS）
※提携製造・配送パートナーより発送される商品の送料は、商品ページまたはチェックアウト時に表示されます。
送料は予告なく変更する場合があります。
発送までの日数
原画・手描き作品
ご注文・お支払い確認後、通常 3～7営業日以内 に発送いたします。
受注生産商品
ご注文確定後に製造を開始するため、製造および発送まで通常 3～10営業日程度 お時間をいただきます。
商品や製造状況により前後する場合があります。
配送について
配送日数は、お届け先、配送会社、通関手続き等により異なります。
天候・災害・配送会社の事情等により、お届けが遅れる場合があります。
複数商品のご注文について
原画・手描き作品と受注生産商品を同時にご注文いただいた場合、発送元が異なるため、別々に発送される場合があります。
そのため、お届け日が異なる場合がありますので、あらかじめご了承ください。
海外発送について
海外発送はEMSまたは商品に応じた配送方法にてお届けいたします。
お届け先の国や地域によっては、輸入関税、輸入消費税（VAT・GST等）、通関手数料などが発生する場合があります。
これらの費用は購入者様のご負担となります。
また、各国の輸入規制や税関手続きにより配送が遅延・返送される場合があります。当ショップでは、それらに起因する遅延・追加費用等について責任を負いかねます。
配送先住所
ご注文の際は、お届け先住所をご確認のうえ、正確にご入力ください。
住所不備や長期不在等により商品が返送された場合、再発送にかかる送料は購入者様のご負担となります。
配送中の破損
商品は十分な梱包を行い発送しております。
万が一、配送中の破損や商品違いがございましたら、商品到着後7日以内にお問い合わせください。

- Original artwork and hand-drawn pieces are shipped from Ishigaki Island, Okinawa, Japan.
- Some products, including posters, apparel, and other merchandise, are produced and shipped by our trusted production and fulfillment partners.

Shipping Fees
Japan: Flat Rate ¥1,600
International: Flat Rate ¥4,500 (EMS)
Shipping fees for products fulfilled by our production partners are shown on the product page or during checkout.
Shipping rates are subject to change without prior notice.
Processing Time
Original Artwork
Orders are typically shipped within 3–7 business days after payment has been confirmed.
Made-to-Order Products
Made-to-order items are produced after your order is placed.
Production and shipping generally require 3–10 business days, although this may vary depending on the product and production schedule.
Delivery
Delivery times vary depending on the destination, shipping carrier, and customs processing.
Delays caused by weather, natural disasters, customs inspections, or shipping carriers are beyond our control.
Orders Containing Multiple Products
If your order includes both original artwork and made-to-order products, they may be shipped separately because they are fulfilled from different locations.
As a result, your items may arrive on different dates.
International Shipping
International orders are shipped via EMS or another shipping service appropriate for the product.
Depending on your country or region, customs duties, import taxes (VAT/GST), and customs handling fees may apply.
These charges are the sole responsibility of the customer.
We are not responsible for delays, additional charges, or returned shipments resulting from customs procedures or import regulations.
Shipping Address
Please ensure that your shipping address is complete and accurate before placing your order.
If a package is returned due to an incorrect address or failure to receive the shipment, the customer will be responsible for the cost of reshipping.
Damaged Items
Every order is carefully packaged before shipment.
If your order arrives damaged or you receive the wrong item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery.
