本利用規約（以下「本規約」といいます。）は、YOHAKU / Yokai Art Shop（以下「当ショップ」といいます。）が運営するウェブサイト（https://yokaiartshop.com）および関連サービスの利用条件を定めるものです。

第3条（商品について）

当ショップでは、原画作品および受注生産商品を販売しています。

作品はできる限り実物に近い色味で掲載していますが、ご利用のモニターや端末環境により色味が異なって見える場合があります。

原画は一点物のため、風合いや手描きならではの表現をご理解のうえご購入ください。

第4条（価格およびお支払い）

販売価格は各商品ページに表示されます。

お支払い方法は、当ショップが指定する方法をご利用いただけます。

価格、送料およびサービス内容は予告なく変更される場合があります。

第5条（配送）

配送方法、発送時期および送料については、「配送ポリシー（Shipping Policy）」をご確認ください。

第6条（返品・返金）

返品、交換および返金については、「返品・返金ポリシー（Refund & Return Policy）」をご確認ください。

第7条（知的財産権）

当ショップに掲載されている作品、文章、画像、ロゴ、デザインその他すべてのコンテンツの著作権およびその他の知的財産権は、特に記載のない限り YOHAKU に帰属します。

当ショップまたは第三者の権利を侵害する行為
当ショップの運営を妨害する行為
虚偽の情報による注文
不正決済、転売目的の大量注文その他不正な利用
AI学習、機械学習、スクレイピング等を目的として当ショップのコンテンツを利用する行為
その他、当ショップが不適切と判断する行為

第9条（免責事項）

当ショップは、サービスの中断、通信障害、システム障害その他当ショップの合理的な支配を超える事由により生じた損害について責任を負いません。
